I know...I'm just saying people are so uptight about maybe having to work a little harder for one piece of being in a different GC.

Because there's an equal share of people wanting 'easy mode' as there is people wanting 'hard mode'. I think they should all shut up complaining about 'this bit' and 'that bit' and just let SE do their thing. If they don't like what SE give them, they can either - 1: deal with it, or 2: go play one of the other few hundred MMO's on the market.
