    It's precisely this "we want to do this" (decentralize Ul'dah, let people freely choose their companies) but end up doing that (materia remover in Ul'dah only, better rewards with all people in the same companies) that causes me to doubt wether they can REALLY get their act together.

    It's very 「中途半端」 Not sure what the English would be. Half-assed? Not well thought out?
