Yep people are figuring this out now. It is ONLY FOR THE R30 FIGHT. Which I is not such a big deal. I wish we didn't get so many things lost in translation.

Honestly, I'm hoping you're right. If that's all it is, that's fantastic. However until we get an actual dev post confirmation, I'm not going to just blindly believe it.

Funny enough, nothing was really lost in translation, just people love to interpret things in the incorrect manner just so they can complain to SE about basic MMO fare and thus make them change it for no reason and XIV never proceeds forward.

I say again about the ARC GLA CON onry mentality for darkhold case closed it has been done already.

なお、「イフリート討伐戦」では同じグランドカンパニーメンバーのみで構成されたパーティで挑むと報酬にボーナスが追加されます。

That's the sentence about better rewards everyone's talking about.「イフリート討伐戦」 is the part that's over the r30 Ifrit fight. No where in that sentence does 真イフリート討滅戦 appear, which is the part over the r50 fight. So, I think it's safe to say that the reward difference is only for the low-level version.

I have an idea: On Oct 5th, form a Party of Level 50's from different Companies, blow through the r25 Ifrit Battle and take note of the rewards...then...

All my characters will be in the Limsa and Gridana companies. If there are better rewards for same-company only, then I'll find a way to make it happen. Perhaps find (or make) company linkshells specifically for grouping. It would be a good way to get to know new people too.

I don't find the Ul'dah company very interesting. :x
