So it's pretty much Merchant skin with different fence? Kinda disappointing.

My question is, can you craft parts of skin individually, for example windows or roof decoration only? Or can you use the skin and then change individual parts?

From what I've gathered, someone correct me if I'm wrong:

Same for every skin:

• Roof (dyeable)
• Wall (dyeable)
• Balcony (mansion only)

Different for every skin:

• Windows
  
• Door (dyeable)
  
• Fence (dyeable)
  note: not just different logo on the arch but completely differently style
  
• Placard
  - Merchant: coin purse
  - Eatery: cutlery
  
• Roof Decoration
  - Merchant: balloons
  - Eatery: plate with fork and knife
  - Outfitter: Knight/Armor
  
• Awning
  - Merchant: unique/new
  - Eatery: Riviera Awning
  - Arm's Supplier and Outfitter: Glade Chimney

Yup pretty much. All the same type of skin but just a different ornament for fence/sign/roof. I just made the small version for a friend last night. Waiting for them to get home and online to put it up for their small house and will get some more screens.

@Odeda You have to craft the entire thing as a whole sadly. You can't just pick one part out of all of it to craft. The entire thing is one entire set. So when you start crafting there are 8 stages. The wall which is 3 phases. The roof which is 3 phases. Then you do the door, window, fence, sign, roof decoration and wall decoration. Once you have completed all those stages you remove the housing glamour and can use it for your personal/fc house and it sadly covers up everything you have (fence/roof/windows/etc) of your current house.

We need the ability to design exactly the look we want, enough predesigned stuff se, you do a GREAT job of it dont get me wrong!!!! but WE need to be able to build ...piece by piece, brick by brick exactly what WE want ...ughhhh.

Very disappointed. I love the cutlery Placard, fence symbol, and roof decoration. However the design of the house itself is so underwhelming.

just came here searching for if all the houses looked the same... I am beyond disappointed that the final tier house looks exactly like the first one we can get minus a few signs and fence
