Question about first job

Hi.
I need lvl 30 archer and 15 puglist to take bard job, but should i lvl puglist on my main char or i can create new one? And if on main, where can i change my class?

Job levels are character-tied. You are able to swap to and from every class in the game on a single character, and will need to meet any level requirements for jobs/cross-class skills on the character that's going to benefit from them. Levelling pugilist on another character will do nothing for you except mean you have another character who has levelled pugilist.

If you have never changed classes before, you need to ensure you've done your level 10 class quest for your initial class (Which I certainly hope you have). Then, head to the Pugilist's Guild in Ul'dah, and you'll be able to unlock the Pugilist class. You can swap in simply by changing your equipped weapon to a Pugilist one.

You level both on the same character. To add additional classes, go to the class guild for the one you want to add (the Pugilist guild is in Ul'dah) and take a quest from the receptionist there. That will unlock the class and give you a level 1 starter weapon. Equipping the weapon is what actually changes your active class.
