New looting dialogue is a bit annoying, please separate the roll from the 'cast lot'

Yelling at them will achieve nothing though, if anything the person in question would get even more kicks outta it.

Most people don't do that to troll. They do it in the hopes that other people who rolled will decide that it's not worth the time and leave, thus decreasing their competition. If it was just to troll you'd see it done at the end of every dungeon, at least occasionally--not just sought after rare raid drops.
