    Not when I can look a troll's character up on the Lodestone, and blacklist them if they happen to be on my server.

    Prior to this change, we had no way of knowing which person had failed to lot. Now we at least know.

    Catwho is correct.

    Simply because we can see who is not rolling intentionally, it greatly reduces the amounts of trolls waiting on the timer. Most of the trolls do so because they are completely anonymous. When they can be called out in party chat, their tendency to troll others is reduced and I've seen it in practice already.
