[Spoilers] Series of side quests cannot be accessed at level 58

Dripwix is an NPC who you meet and becomes a 'resident' of Ildyshire.

Once you complete MSQ 'An Illuminati Incident' and Dravanian Side quest 'The Missing Logbook', The next quest 'Red Tape' should be immediately available. By talking to Dripwix.

Who has ceased to exist.

These sidequests being missing creates an unfortunate XP gap from 58 to 59, and a good chunk of missing story.

Please fix.

Are you sure hes not out in the field.. A lot of people had this issue with Midnight Dew's quest to get to the flying one. Shes out in the field until you complete them

I am in the same boat,screeched to a halt in idleshire with zero side quests available.

I was wondering why quests dried up there so quickly. would be good to get this fixed asap. On the note of being in the field...could someone give me Coords as to where the NPC Could be out there? lots of area to search, and I'm not seeing quest bubbles on my map at all.

The quest generally do dry up between 58 and 60. You must run the dungeons or roulettes a couple extra times each to have enough xp to get through the MSQ.
I ran in XP gates with no quests remaining from 56 onward. Typically though, a couple dungeons runs was enough to get to the next level.

Yeah, I ran into that at just about every level actually, till i figured out all the quest needed to be done. was hunting around in the forums to make sure i didn't miss anything and I fell across this thread. checked the DB's to see if the quest existed, and it did...just can't find the NPC. it's not where the Db lists it, and I'm not finding it in the open areas.
