Would you rather go back to the ARR daily hunts where half the seals were from waiting for two hours for a specific boss fate to spawn? Those only required one kill!
These mobs respawn in like 30 seconds. How is this an issue to anyone? It takes more longer to teleport and fly to a location than to kill 3 mobs.
If at all anything the hunts should be buffed, especially rank A and S mobs, have it so that if not a set amount of people are in the area or battle the mobs get some kinda buffs that limit the amount of damage they can take, that would defintely stop people from pulling early lol.
I'm on Balmung and I do admit it is potentially an issue, but I don't see it being a serious problem. I've definitely seen examples where more than 3 people are hunting for the exact same mob at the exact same time. But I've yet to get angry over it, or see other people rage about it.
Some things to consider:
- You might think it to be bad manners but you can actually split credit on kills. Some people don't like you attacking their mobs, but if SE really didn't want that, they would have implemented the claiming system from FFXI. You do not need to be partied to split credit.
- Certain FATEs can spawn tons of the specific monster you need and they give you credit just the same (often at a lower level and easier to kill as well).
- The Heavensward maps are big(ger than ARR maps). "Spawn camps" are larger than you might imagine. Spread out and look around, it is called "the Hunt" for a reason after all! Some monsters even have multiple spawn camp locations. There are some maps floating around the internet about Hunt locations but they are not 100% accurate, so open your eyes and actually take a look around you. Shouldn't be that hard now that you can fly.

I actually really like the daily and b ranks system. . . I'd take the whole system the way those function lol. B ranks many times a week, A ranks a few times - be really amazing and with chocobo or just get help, S get help (some reward for participants, maybe not the same reward - obviously the A and S would need to be spawned). Buff all the seal drops.
As it stands if the purpose was for it to be really easy and frustrating A and S ranks win, if it was to make the community annoyed at each other at least on Balmung thats a win too (down time balmung gets nicer, peak times is.. we don't walk about peak times). Also to add it only takes one, I'm not saying the server is bad (I like my server) but all it takes is one person to early pull and generally the people waiting will engage out of fear they won't get credit.
