    Triple Triad unfair (cheating?) rule

Lately i have been playing some triple triad matches, i have encountered several rules, some can argue that they might benefit the computer or not, point is they make the match harder but not unfair, however among all the rules there is "random"...
Ok, this is quite simple to understand, the "random" rule is simply unfair or even a cheat in some situations, take the NPC from south shroud named Landenel as example, he has always the same cards (because he has only 6 in his deck) so you know what cards the NPC is going to use in everty single match, so, the very rule that this match enforces only applies to the player not the NPC and the more cards the player has the harder it gets.

Either the NPC deck gets seriously increased or the rule should be removed from this NPC (at least).

As plenty of others have said before me, "Random Rule" is really what's killed TT's fun for me. I played the hell out of it upon it's release and now I just feel a pit in my stomach every time I see "random"... As you said OP: either the NPC's decks need to be increased, or the rule needs to be changed to something else or eliminated when playing against NPC's.

As I said in another thread, I do agree. Random is like asking us to drop out entire deck of 30/40/50+ cards on the ground and picking up 5, while he does the same with his 6. By the rules of TT, they should not be allowed to use more than 1 2star in the deck.

It's actually impossible to win many matches due to how it ends up playing out. Quite frustrating, really!

Community has known and disliked this since Triple Triad came out.
They gave some nerfs to the old NPC decks to make up for the fact that you'll usually pull 2 or 3 1star cards per match.
Other than that devs don't seem to care much.
However the new Triple Triad NPCs in expansion areas still crush you with 2 or 3 5star cards against your 2 or 3 1star cards.
Perhaps they will be nerfed too in a future patch.

I'd probably play Triple Triad every single day if the Random rule didn't exist.

I actually kinda enjoyed random when it was just a couple of NPCs. Gave the game some variety, but now it seems like it's SE's only way to maintain some semblance of difficulty.

I only have like 25 cards and can only use 1 rank 2 or 3 card during during matches. Random is a freaking nightmare, especially when another rule is added like Ascension.

100% agreed. If they really wanted to be fair, your "random" deck would pull out the exact same number of each star card as the NPC.

It's not like Plus or some of the other rules, where you can manually build a special deck to avoid giving too much advantage to the NPC. Random 100% favors the house.

Worst is Midnight Dew is Idylshire.
Oh, you got Lightning and 4 1* cards, I'll just swap out Lightning and give you some bad, here's Motoya.

Basicly the stars need to align to beat her, let alone get a card from her

I couldn't agree more with this. She was ridiculous! As soon as I was lucky enough to beat her, I quit. No way was I going to even attempt to farm a card from her...
