. Mind you, every group I created, went through the entire timer of the group. It has been long and enduring for each group.

This is nice of you, and good for learning groups, but if it's an "aim to clear" group, and people make the same mistakes and it's clearly going nowhere, don't feel obligated to keep going. Many aim to clear groups have a 3 strikes and disband rule. By all means, if you think the group has decent potential then continue, but otherwise it's just going to waste your time.
