Jenova needs housing!

Jenova is 100% full on housing and has been for quite some time. We are in dire need of more Wards added. Many FCs on our server cannot do Airships etc and it's putting a damper on the excitement for many. Our FC has a medium house but would really love a large house. We've got the Gil saved up and don't want to waste any on airships until we get to move. Anyone know when we get extra Wards added? If so, can you link the source of where you got the info?

Also, I think there should be Wards for FCs strictly and Wards for individuals. People buying medium and large houses for themselves in all the Wards takes away the chances for new FCs to get a house, as well as moving into larger houses. What's the point in getting these big houses for yourself anyways? To show off how much Gil you have? No one cares. Be a little bit more considerate to others.

Brynhildr's been in the same boat since about November - what makes it worse is (in addition to & putting aside the classic "inactive players/FCs" issue) those people who are essentially property moguls/tycoons.

We've got one here that's currently in possession of at least 7 properties (mostly mansions, at least 2 are houses I think). Tried to work out a deal on one of the properties they picked up just last week for 20mil (they bought an FC that was about to server transfer), and are wanting 30mil even for just demolishing the house so we could buy the plot. If we had more in our company chest, it may have been an option but not everyone in the company is as fortunate with retainers/gathering as I am so we're having to keep sharp eyes on PF & sensitive ears to the ground until we finally get confirmation from SE about new wards (because I want wards, not Ishgard, first).

Oh yea, we got some inactive FCs on our server as well, taking up plots of land. There are even individuals who have had a plot of land for months and still haven't even built the house. This is why FCs and individual homes need their own Wards. There are so many things that could be done to fix the lack of plots. Tbh, I wouldn't mind them adding housing in Ishgard. I actually would prefer to get a large house for my FC there, but from what I understand they won't be implementing homes there for at least a year if not longer. I would settle for something in a new Ward though. We've been waiting for so long.

People amaze me. They'd do anything for extra Gil. It's just ridiculous to sell your plot if you plan to not get a new one. Either way, everyone knows it costs Millions just to get the plot and an extra to build the house. As you said, not everyone is fortunate on retainers, crafting/gathering. It's been hard making any Gil since expansion due to massive undercutting.
