Duty Finder In Progress.

I really fancy the idea to help people with missing party member, I would really like an exclusive "join in-progress" duty. Only join in-progress and not a new duty.

Please add: Only join an in-progress duty.

Thats what I thought like a "in progress only" shouldnt work for roulettes though.
