Which patch notes are you reading?I like that the new lowbie dungeon is non-instanced. That'll be good for helping new players connect with one another.
I *think* I like the "level-based EXP" system. I have to see how it works in practice, though.
This sucks. There are a lot of fights that require mages to disengage to recover MP mid-fight, and now they won't be able to do that. If you're gonna do this, at least reduce the cooldown on actions like Tranquility.
Pugilist continues to get no love.
I thought the idea was to make stuff castable while in passive mode? Also, now we have to pull out our weapons to Quickstride. This seems backwards to me.
THANK YOU.
Overall it looks pretty good, but there wasn't anything that made me fall out of my chair from being smacked by awesome.
[dev1032] The following actions are now executable while in passive mode:
All magic spells
Actions which can be used on self or other party members
A toggle option for the micro space menu has been added.
Mapping this function to a button on your gamepad will allow you move the cursor to the micro space menu.
Thank god. Finally they listened to us gamepad users and gave us a way to access things like the item use menu (and now summoning a chocobo) without the use of third party program support (joy to key / xpadder).
I remember using their feedback & suggestions page almost immediately after launch to get something done about this. Well I'm glad they've finally done it.

Correct it then, please. What should it say? Most likely![dev1032] The following actions are now executable while in passive mode:
All magic spells
Actions which can be used on self or other party members
My body is ready.
We still haven't seen that Famitsu article either.
