    If you don't want to see even that stuff, you should probably just go back home and crawl under your bed, because that's about the only place you won't find it.

    Those terms are all even said (more or less) by numerous NPC dialogue.

    Completely agree with this...but still the idea of a custom filter is nice and easy to do.
