If the words you see are religiously or sexually offensive to you, report the player. Its against the TOS.
Otherwise you need to grow up a bit and understand that people say bad things out in the big scary world. Learn to ignore it, becausr you'll be hearing bad words for the rest of your life.

I happen to be 46 and have heard them all my life and said a few (no longer do) but my point has nothing to do with that, it has to do with filtering all the words I expect the filter to filter, thanks!

Someone suggested a custom filter, where you put in your own words. That would be nice to have, I think. (and it'd be better, like full censorship of whatever's in your "filter list")

This one I like.
