    anyone been having

    Anyone been having usually high lag this weekend. Everytime I log on to play this weekend I get hit with lag spikes when usually I don't have any. Just wondering if anyone else is getting them more this weekend then usual.

    Sort of...but I'm pretty sure it's because I'm on a crappy wi-fi connection. Haven't seen anything out of the ordinary.
    I can check again when I'm back on my regular connection... I know my friend's have been DC'ing more than they usually do, and before the weekend I was getting a few weird DCs.

    Been getting some severe rubber banding, not just me but a significant chunk of my FC as well, we play on a JP realm and our FC members are from Austrailia, Philippines, Singapore, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia and more.

    I blame the massive amounts of torrent abuse with the new animu season. last mile infrastructure congestion.

    If your in NA they will be working on the game servers starting at 9pm till 3am i think and you may get booted or very bad lag just a heads up

    I have been getting spikes over the last few days *nods*

    At first I thought it was my WTFast acting up, but I wasn't using it yesterday and the lag spikes persisted so now I am not so sure.

    Yes, this was quite a laggy weekend for me, with lots of spikes, some rubberbands, and an odd disconnect here and there.
    Happened in both the open world and in instances as well.

    Server: Balmung
    ISP: Verizon

    I hope this lag doesn't persist into next week's patch. I am looking forward to the new PVP and lag could really ruin it.

    Only had one weird spike where the tank in the Aery suddenly "teleported" to a group of enemies.
