The Delta Quadrant [Spoilers]

When I looked at the Delta Quadrant from afar, I kinda noticed something... are those claws? or a ribcage? Could it be the remains of the original Bahamut? The island also looks as if it was ripped from the ground, some locations on it have Dragon names too. I'm guessing the purple stuff is the left overs from Tiamat's rage after Bahamut's death.



The whole of Azys Lla is really interesting explore and speculate about.

Given the size of his brothers and sisters, I highly doubt these bones have anything to do with Bahamut.

Those bones appear to be of the right size for a Vishap-class dragon. Perhaps the Meracydians also had some of them?

Those are bones? I thought it was just crystallized aether.

Down on the bottom left of the island, true that the original Bahamut might not have been a big enough dragon to leave remains like that.

Hes refering to the rib like ones in the lower left, not the crystals.

OP, you probably want to update the first post to identify this. I saw the crystals too and thought "Wth is he on about? Those are crystals..."

But I think they are too big to be Bahamuts.

I think the purply stuff is from Tiamats blood/aether given her blood is crystallized by her body. Kinda like how there's all the crystal in Churning Mysts where Ratatoskr probably died.

I think there's a sightseeing log entry that says it's aether that exploded from her when she died, similar to Midgardsormr's death and all the crystals in Mor Dhona.

The crystals around Tiamat are definitely related to her somehow(you can see some in her mouth), but I'm not sure if it's some sort of gradual release of aether or what.

When I first entered the Delta Quadrant I thought it's an area that resembles Meracydia so that the dragons would "feel like home"; akin to a zoo for the Allagans. Though I won't doubt that the quadrant itself is actually an area ripped apart from Meracydia and brought to float in Azys Lla. Everything related to the Allagans are always interesting to me. I enjoyed reading the panels in the Fractal Continuum and got some cool info about the Allags there.
