Mouse Targeting Help

Is there any way to target only enemies or only allies with a mouse? My mouse has a few extra buttons and I'd like to put one to only target enemies on click and the other to only target allies. If not, is there a way to assign a mouse targeting filter with the extra buttons? I'm not a fan of tab targeting in crowded areas or trying to target the boss only to target the tank and vice versa.

There are ways to modify your filters, you can find these options under your character configuration menu under target and filters. Although there is this nice link that goes into depth on the topic (although mostly on tab targeting):

I'd like to thank you for sharing that link. As a healer, this helps a lot to cycle through either just enemies or party members quickly.
