We are a newly formed FC which intends to not only compete at a suitable level for raiding but also to ensure a home for our raiders.
We currently have 1 raid group and another that should be happening soon and I intend to create a 3rd raid team.

Here is what you can expect from myself and the leadership within the FC :

A calm attitude and competence in dealing with situations that may arise

Dedication to ensuring the reputation of the FC remains positive

Creating a positive atmosphere within the FC and ensuring that there will be zero tolerance towards discrimination of any kind, Race/Gender and including Social/Crafters

Guidance/advice for any players that need help with their teams in terms of recruiting or disputes

Attitude-A positive attitude and expected to act in a mature manner

Reputation-Ensure that the reputation of the FC is a priority

Ego-We DO NOT tolerate enlarged egos.

Loyalty-Loyalty will gain you respect with leadership and it builds trust over time,this is a priority if you want to be part of the FC
