There's a bug on the second page, which does not allow you to select a particular option for 2 of the questions. Because of this, to proceed the questionaire, you have to select options you did not intend, which may give some error in your results. Also for the mental tests, you should give the hint that exactly two are correct, because then individuals do not have to check all of the results and can complete them as if there where one less option (basically the question is complete when you've found either 2 incorrect or two correct choices). You should change the wording in the hint such that "more than 1 may be correct" or "more than 1 are correct".

Other than that, some of the questions may seem biased because the way schedules work in some countries. In the US, some companies have 9x80 "flex", which means that you work 80 hours over 9 days, but you don't have a set schedule except the need to be there during meetings and during "core work hours" but can basically go -+3 hours from 9 am to -+ 3 hours from 3 pm, with 9 hour work days, which is not an option. Also some salaried occupations in the US tend to work around 60-70 hours per week, with no clear divider as to what constitutes day and morning, except for the fact that you're there 12 hours a day.
