I had a thought about that question myself.
Personally I do not sleep until I have been in bed for 1-2 hours, but for the sake of ease I assume the question read ''if you went to sleep at 11pm, how would you feel the next day/how would it effect your body'

Hi Crystal, thank you very much for doing it so seriously!
Because I used an official questionnaire, I'll give you only my opinion, and not an "author opinion". I think you did respond right. Usually, you go to bed later, and the question is about a common day, not a particular day. So if you go to bed at 11 PM, you shouldn't be tired, in a normal, common day. That's how I understand this question!

EDIT : Niqote, your interpretation could be right too... I think that it doesn't influe on the result, the way you understand it, because answers are going to the same way !

I'm curious as to what the point of the shapes was, it seemed completely irrelevant to the rest of the questionnaire.

I got 12/40 though because I have no idea how you're supposed to relate those shapes to each other without seeing them in 3d space =/
