If you want crafted stuff to be cheap, flood the market board with cheap materials. There's your solution, so get to farming.

Because you exploit the Position given to you to the most. And this is why i say this System has to Die.

The position you're talking about is achieveable by everyone, by putting the right amount of time and effort into it. We didnt pop into the game and got all our crafting classes miraculously at 60 with melded gear.
We worked for it and its our right to charge money for our work. Also people are willing to pay for it, otherwise we wouldnt be selling high. If demand drops -> prices go down, easy as that.
Blame your fellow players for buying our stuff or blame yourself for having no money, but dont blame us for trying to earn money.

Also youre the only guy i know who has a negative behaviour towards us crafter :P

No, I think what I'm reading is "ease up on the requirements so it's more accessible to more people thus driving up the supply and crashing the prices".

Getting rid of overmelds is a good start. No one should ever have to cough up millions for gear. The only reason it costs that much is because you have to buy dozens of materia because of failed melds.

The time while it was easy? ok, so at the start of the server when supply of crafting mats were low as fuck and raw mat prices high as fuck, was the easy time to level up a craft. And now when crafting mats are way cheaper to buy its harder to level up? Seems legit

Except we did earn it, just like every level of anything you have done. You spent time/money/etc on it and came out with an end result. Did you also tell people with relics they didn't "earn" them? What about your 60 dark knight? I presume you just logged in and it was 60 and fully geared? I for one would argue that you earned those levels.

See, I have no problem with putting in effort.

I have a problem with putting in the gigantic amounts of money that you can only seem to make from crafting.

I started the game about 2 months ago. I don't have the mountains upon mountains of gil that others have.
That's why I'm annoyed with it.
