Blind and slow has it uses in PVP... Feint is a actually good as a dragoon for pvp as well. Able to slow down at will on anything you hit? And it makes casters very angry too. Blind on the other hand, I want to see more paladins using Flash in there because it helps negate some of the damage.![]()

Slow is pretty crap atm. The last time I saw it being used was back when Garuda EX wasn't being cheesed with high ilvl lol
It can desync double Wicked Wheel

I do actually use that slow+heavy debuff a lot on BLM on these recent day.. That skills with sleep makes it possible for my lv 51 BLM to kill lv 59-60 mob for level 3 daily hunt..
I do agree thought, aside from these, it's just plain useless overall..

BLM sleep is far from useless. Had to take a FC member through some dungeons they unlocked and didn't want to waste time so we sprinted, slept then all, locked out with the boss fight and finished the dungeons in about 5 minutes.
o_o Im one of the Dragoons that always use the atk to slow down enemys atk speed.
Really helpfull! More helpfull to caster/mage enemys like those elementals so healer and tank have it easyer.

Sleep Spell: What about me guys? I don't work on the majority of things past 49!

Did they just make bosses completely immune to these debuffs because it would be too hard to balance... I just don't see why they can't still have some effect. The thing with slow effecting the timing of boss moves with the music is hopefully not the reason why these bosses are immune because I don't think thats a very good reasonAnyway, the potency (%slow, %blind, etc) should be based on our stats vs the enemy's stats... with each boss having a set cap, instead of being outright immune (for example Titan's Mountain Buster might always ignore blind and all other attacks always hit at least 75% of the time regardless of how overgeared the players are). If we're attempting this fight at the minimum ilvl I can understand that my slow won't be as effective, but seriously it should be rare for a boss to be immune for no reason... If it uses eyes to see then you should be able to blind it (but say, the machina in Alex should be immune because their "eyes" are actually sensors and a flash of light wouldn't really bother them like it would a biological eye). If it has to sleep naturally then it should be able to be slept if just for a single second (like the vampires in Haukke Manor maybe would be immune to sleep). Even if they just put the buff icon up there and gave it a 1% slow or 1% chance to miss, I would still appreciate it.
