Flaw in the kicking System... player trolled kicked and rejoined everytime.

Well today i had an Astro in Som Al 2nd Instanz of HW.
He pulled more moobs to the group and trolled arround.
After a while i stoped getting the aggro from his mobs because its not his job to pull more into my group.
After that he stoped healing me and as a tank i obviously died.

We kicked him soon after but he could just rejoin our group every time and trolled even more.. which lead me to leave the Instanz.
Why is a Player that was kicked from a group able to rejoin the same group?
Give him at least 5 min punishment or smthing like that....

Don't click to replenish ranks straight away, give it 2-3 minutes which will minimize them rejoining, not perfect solution, but it is a work around we can use atm.

While we're at it, SE should also include what other MMO's do, let's you block the people you meet in the group finder and prevents you from ever being grouped with them again.
