Such as...? Anything you name is probably already in the game. What can you do in the open world that would be done as designed instead of destroyed by the player base (such as hunts) by adding more people? The only way to prevent players from doing things like this is to instance content.
Don't even get me started on hunts lol. You are right, most of the features are in game but never utilized in a way to be an end game feature. FATE covers a lot of this broad term but lacking in so many aspects. People have asked for Hamlet defense back, where dragons would attack settlements and DoL/DoH players would have to craft/repair stuff while DoW/DoM would directly attack the horde. Treasure Maps designed for i170 players, either full party or alliance. Bottom line though is outside of DoL, there isn't a lot of reason to head into the wilds in 3.0 besides random hunts to ungrade gear you go in DF.Such as...?
