Balmung can get quite vocal in the questing zones. Then someone complains that they are ruining the sanctity of the shout channel, as it should be held pristine and sullied by the masses.

I normally shout something nonsensical like "The cat and moon jump over the pool to get good with Sergent Cool." or something along those lines to get a response if I feel it is too quiet.
