Launcher CTD with HTTPS Error(PC)

So, first time I've tried to play in about 2 weeks. I'm double clicking the launcher like normal and it will open, but the log in fields won't load and I'll get this:



Then I click ok and the launcher closes. Please help?

per the Lodestone notice, you need to have TLS encryption enabled. For Windows, open your Internet Options (inetcpl.cpl from the start/run box) and go to the Advanced Tab and scroll towards the bottom. There will be check boxes for enabling the older SSL encryption and the newer TLS encryption methods. Make sure they are all active.

They provided tips for other platforms and other browsers in that notice I linked above.

If that does not resolve it, then either something on your system (security, Malware, etc.) is interfering with the download of the site, or MSIE and/or it's supporting technologies (Java, Flash, .NET, etc.) may need to be updated.
