Sry for misleading you... I meant to say apparently it is not my internet provider's problem. Have been playing this game until yesterday even after the new patch. Check this out: https://m.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comment...sue_after_225/. Square Enix is to be blamed. Seriously!

i did 2 simple tests. I used the iPhone 4G hotspot networks from both my iPhone and my partner's iPhone. They are both from different internet providers. Doesnt help. So I doubt changing internet provider will solve the issue.

just reinstalled it again. Problem exist.
