    one last question: the factory reset u guys did was quick or full? I'm going for full, and it's taking ages, it seems a a faint dream I could play again this jajajaja

    I see that you have chosen to do it from inside the setting of the PS4. I would recommend you do as this youtube video shows: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFsQBgw5eGw. resetting in this way only takes a few seconds and will work.
