Sargatanas is a great server with lots of people, but not overcrowded like Balmung. The difference server pop makes in just the feeling of the game is pretty big in my opinion. When I made a character on Coeurl it was creepy to run around, every zone was very empty and of the people I did see probably 85% were sprouts.
