Fishing for Blue Cloud Coral

I have a possibly dumb question, but are there any specific requirements (Stats or otherwise) to catch the Blue Cloud Coral near Cloudtop?

Anytime I try to fish there it won't let me even Cast there. Feel like I am missing something obvious.

You might be bugged. Try using Chum or Fish Eyes to see if it lets you cast again. If not, you might be standing in the wrong spot. For the coral, just have snagging on. That's it.

The spot here ou fish blue coral is considered Cloudfishing and not skyfishing.

To obtain Cloudfishing, you need to complete the level 53 class quest before.

pretty sure u need snagging active aswell otherwise cant catch corals
