I purchased a tome of regional folklore for fishing in Dravania from the Splendors Vendor in Idyllshire. After selecting the Tome from my inventory and using it, the on-screen message in the text log stated that a page had been added, not to my fishing log, but to a completely random player on Mateus server, Morbeis Night. My fishing log remains unchanged and I essentially lost 99 Rowena's Tokens due to this bug as I got nothing from it.

I'm not sure if this is how the regional folklore tomes work or if the system is just bugged, but I would like some clarification on the issue and hopefully either get the Tomes/Tokens back or have the correct pages added to my fishing log for both instances.

The message you get when you use the tome is bugged. The effect, however, is not. All the tome does, is make it possible to catch certain previously uncatchable fish.These fish are still listed in the fishing log even before you've used the tome, you just can't catch them.
