    Looking to purchase Mac Client to assist in fixing it.

    I'd like to get access to a Mac Client Registration code either by purchase or some other means. I originally created the Unofficial Mac Client which was used since 1.0 (footage here) up to the start of A Realm Reborn (footage here) till the beginning of this year.

    When looking through the Mac Client currently maintained by Transgaming, it's not very different from my own, and they were even kind enough to keep the source .tar in the application for all of the components of the application. The only difference is the Launcher, which mine simply used the Windows version instead of a custom Mac one (though it runs natively on Mac).

    I'd like to obtain a code so I can see how the game performs and see if I'm not able to help improve the performance. I understand why a new Mac Registration key is required for the launcher, but under that it's essentially the client I released at the launch of A Realm Reborn.

    Please provide Saieno with the opportunity to buy a key. The prior wrapper didn't have these complaints. I would welcome any expert advice that can help me to play in OS X with a good and consitent framerate.

    Looking through the client I wouldn't disagree with that. They do have the custom launcher of course, but regardless I'm hoping one of the devs or community managers will respond. Thanks for the support

    Sorry, but to SE don't reply to threads in the technical support section as these forums are more for customers to help other customers. You need to send in a ticket or contact them via phone or livechat if you want to talk to SE directly.

    I appreciate you said you spoke to them on the phone and they said about making this thread, but if you look at any other thread in the Tech Support section you'll see none of them have replies from SE. Possibly they meant for you to make a thread in the General Discussion forum so you could get community feedback on it and sometimes the community reps do post on those, although they're unlikely to be able to give you an answer, they can only pass it on to someone else.

    Well I've done my part to try and assist, and I'm sure this has been seen by the right people regardless of a response. If they want assistance I'm sure they'll contact me, but hopefully we'll just see the client available again soon. Would be nice if I could just purchase it and work on it now but I'll just continue using my client till then.
