Time Sync Bug Returns

Hi everyone,

I once had a problem where all of the in-game timers would be wrong. The game would still be completely playable, but the clock, FATE timers, buff/debuff timers, cast bars, and other time-related things in the game would be inaccurate. I would also constantly flash the "offline" symbol next to my name, although I would not actually disconnect.

Someone suggested that I turn off internet time syncing in my date & time settings, and it worked! Problem is, I run FFXIV on Windows 7 on a dual-boot iMac, and today, I booted up OSX to use a program on there, and then, when I booted up in Windows 7 and ran FFXIV, the problem had returned, even though I am still not currently syncing my time to an internet server. It's obviously related to that, though. Any suggestions?

An update:

Today I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and the bug still persists.
