New Player, seeking a linkshell to join

I do hope i have the name for the equivalent of a guild correct. Anyway, I just got ff14 yesterday, and I want to find some people to play with.
Im just starting, and I am somewhat wary of things, due to reviews and the like. However, from what i see, they are working hard to fix the issues that were/are there.

Anyway, I am a student in the pacific time zone. If any groups are willing to take on a new player, let me know. Thank you

Welcome to the game. First piece of advice is to take all those reviews with a grain of salt... there isn't a single one from a major source that is even near accurate now. Game is still a work in process but as you said they are making large leaps in a good direction so far. Second peice of advice is if you are use to mainstream mmos do not expect what you find there to be in this game in the same way as I am sure you will realize as you play for awhile. Need to keep an open mind and make up your own mind the game, with 1.19 coming up you will have a idea of how much and fast things are changing.

If you are interested at working towards endgame my linkshell is expanding more to prepare for patch 1.19 and beyond. We been one of the most active linkshells on the servers since release currently at 34 active players. We have a strong core endgame group atm, as well as several working on 2nd classes and newer members working their way to endgame. We are planning on getting 10-15 more members so you would have several members around you level to play with once we start hardcore recruitment. My linkshell's main event time 8pm-12midnight Est so would be 5-9 your time not exactly what time you are able to play in the PST time frame. Outside event time we usually have people online until around 2am est, 11 pst.
