    So I never got my chocobo feathers...

    July 17, recruited copious people via the recruit a friend program. Have the drought chocobo, the friendship circlet, etc etc...

    Never get any sort of chocobo feather. Mailbox is not full.

    Is anyone else missing out here?

    I never received mine, either. When I filed a support ticket they told me it couldn't be solved via email and I needed to contact them through phone or online chat, however I wasn't ever able to find an online chat option and the phone number they gave me for phone support was disconnected so... :/

    My friend, the one I recruited, gets her silver feathers when she creates a new character, but never received them on her main. Additionally, I've seen people talking about having already gotten their feathers. Do you have a link to where they've said July 30th?

    This. Very messy, very confusing, very unnecessarily overcomplicated, apparently. Like once again jumping the gun with random distribution before actually making any informative, detailed post about it. :|

    They've changed that page twice, then, since they announced this. Because just last week it only said "July", not July 30'th, and before that it had no date at all.
