Class NPCs and Job NPCs? [SPOILER]

So do you think Class NPCs should becoming involved in future Job Storylines?

One of the best part of Ninja Job storyline was how Jacke was involved in Ninja's 3.0 Job storyline. He brings back some of the flavor from the Rogue Storyline into the Ninja storyline and it was fun seeing him mess around with Oboro.

A part of me would love for the Monk Job storyline to involve the Pugilist Guild NPCs as a way to show how much they have grown while our character was gowing him or herself. We never did get the chance to fight Hamon Holyfist at the peak of his true power after all and with Monk's power growing through intense combat it would be a interesting way to unlock a future Monk active skill or passive skill.

So no comment on having the Class NPC involved in future Job quests?

Plenty of the Class storylines ended with plenty of questions remaining that can be answered in a future Job storyline.

Such as Aldis getting involved with a future Paladin Job story, since he is traveling Eorzea, and as mentioned before Holyfist at the peak of his power with Chuchuto, since she is usually with Holyfist, and Rurukuta, since he is traveling Eorzea to become stronger.

I only got the Ninja storyline done as it's my only Lv60 job, but I did enjoyed Jacke coming back to the Class/Job Storyline and messing with Oboro a bit. It was great! I'm hoping the other Class/Job storyline weaves the two groups together like the Ninja one did (and I hope to see Princess Yuki again) as it adds a more interesting and dynamic storytelling of your guild adventures with your guild friends.

Yeahhh! They did that integration really well with the Warrior Quest too. The Class quest Marauder Trainer was helping you along and chatting with your job quest trainer.

They're really all but forgotten, but yes. I would have liked more interaction between class/job NPCs.

I'll agree with you. They are several class quest characters I would like to see again.

Y'mhitra's presence was required for the Padjal pull Y'shtola from the Lifestream. And how she stuck around for her recuperation

Jacke is bar none my favorite trainer across both classes and jobs, so I was really glad to see him return in the ninja quests. I enjoyed the overlap Averax is referring to as well. Honestly, though, I love all the occasions where events are cross-referenced or NPCs make unexpected appearances, like the stray showing up in the AST quest. Not many of the trainers were memorable for me, but nothing makes it feel like you've actually done things quite like someone saying 'hey, aren't you the one who ___', or 'how've you been since ___?', so I'm all for it regardless.
