Real Talk: Highlanders need eyebrows

So why on earth don't the women Highlanders do the same? I doubt in the war-like society that the has fairly muscular women too would abstain from having them fight as well.

Alternatively, it's been years since Ala Mhigo has fallen, you'd think some of them would have their eyebrows back by now.

ppl don't just abandon traditions, and customs, just cause they moved elsewhere (or they wouldn't even make a fuss about having to leave ala'mhigo)...actually, since they had to flee, they are probably more keen to keep up traditions, and make a statement.

But the characters we play aren't part of their heritage, really. They are just adventurers - wanderers, who travel around. Generally without a "hometown" so to speak. Hell, my hometown is Ul'Dah, according to my character's profile (and job choice at the start).

I'm not sure what logic you're following but I'm not buying it. Nowhere does the game tell me I'm from Ala'Mhigo, and I have a difficult time believing that EVERY HIGHLANDER MALE shave their eyebrows. There will always be outliers, exceptions, black sheeps to customs and traditions.

I agree with this topic save the highlanders from cholo eyebrows and give them real eyebrow hair, and the lore doesn't matter no one follows it or we would all have lore-friendly names. Plus we are warriors of light not followers of lore.

Well I don't think they are going to add them in the future so you'll just have to use the face paint option.
