Real Talk: Highlanders need eyebrows

I doubt it's PS3 limitations, the horns on the Au Ra probably take up a LOT more memory. Hell, even the tails on a Miqo'te probably do too.

If it wasn't ps3 limitations then there is no real reason we shouldn't have an eyebrow option. The thing that leads me to believe it is ps3 limitations is that they created the fake eyebrow paint in the first place(unless they were just trolling highlanders). There could be many other reasons though... Perhaps the highlander player base is just too small for them to bother, or they are hell-bent on forcing us to be a part of the ala mihgo hive mind. Who knows, it could even be something as silly as not wanting to give highlanders more facial options(even though midlanders have more faces!) than the other races. We won't really ever know unless they answer our calls.

No idea. It's just the reason that's always thrown around when people ask about it. I tried googling it to see if I could find this elusive bit of lore, but all I find is thread upon thread upon thread of people asking to have them, lol.

I'd assume it's some kind of cultural thing to shave them off or something, maybe?

It was at the lore panel during one of the Fan Festivals, really lame reason though regardless. Probably another one of those, "We can't cram anything more into the character creation because memory and reasons." That they decided to hide behind lore. :l

Even though they tried to call lore on this one, I don't buy it. Female highlanders have eyebrows, so that proves that all highlanders don't shave their eyebrows. So naturally, not every male highlander would shave their eyebrows either.

Add me to the painted on brows list. I'd appreciate real ones but at least my hair hides it a bit.

The lore explanation seems more like a reason for a toggle than a mandatory lack in my opinion. I doubt every highlander was actually born in Ala Mhigo.

This is one of the main reasons I want real eyebrows... I pretty much have to use hairs that cover up most of my forehead in order to hide the ugly fake eyebrows. It sucks.

Yup. Look at all these arguments for adding eyebrows to Highlanders. It doesn't seem like a big task and I hope they do it soon...

I also ask why they can't have real beards like Rhauban... I'd give anything for a good hyur beard or goatee instead of the weird 70's mustache and chin strap we get.
