The fact people apparently hit 60 in N.Thanalan and I don't see any fate trains in post 50 content survey says: "Yes!"

Servey says, That's the only way to get Alt classes to lvl 51 or higher. Alot of people would rather grind fates than dungeons. And you always burn up your quests on your main. Drg got all my quests so to level MCH I had to dungeon crawl to lvl 50 and beyond.
