Jeez, stop whining and explain your oppinion. You cant make me see your story with out telling it. I was here from the time the game opened so how am I suppose to underatand being behind?
Just spit it out, why are you lot so heart broken about 3.0 being locked off untill 2.0 is done? Actually explain it and I may understand. Not liking fetch quests isnt enough because I dont like them either.
Whats the real reason? Whats so bad about needing to catch up to play the new stuff?
When I was Lvl 1 and could barley hold a spear pointy end forward fetch quests helped me learn the world's environment. When I 1st picked up my Dragoon Crystal the same fetch quests gave me the Exp I needed to learn more skill and level even higher. Then after I beat Pretorium the fetch quests were still there, redundant as ever, but still offered a path from point A to Point B at the very least. After 3.0 came out and the level cap was raised I found my self desperately seeking out these very same irritatingly redundant fetch quests so I could get to level 60.
You're behind I get that. And I'm sorry if it's taking a while to catch up. But hating side quests, even the irritatingly, redundant as hell, bull shit fetch quests, still doesn't change the fact that they need to be done. The same people complain how the relic quest is a grind which I hate way more than anything else. But with no BS easy quests that's all you can do. Everything has a place. Just like you aren't allowed to do your level 50 skill quest at level 30 you're not allowed into Heavensward content until you've cleared ARR. Why? because you're not ready. And when you are the Gates to Ishguard will open wide for you just like they did the rest of us. And I'm one of many who'll happily welcome you there. But skipping ARR's content is an unacceptable request because all of us that made it this far had to do it too, We did the same BS quests and the opinion of most is "If I did it why shouldn't you?" where as my opinion is "Even I could do it so why can't you?".
I feel for the people just starting out in the game but it really does go by faster if you stop rushing, enjoy the dialog, and just let it flow at it's natural pace. Even me back in my scrub days did the entire game solo in a month. surly it wont take you guys that long with all the perks you have to help now.
