some questions from new players (new since 1.0 but play less than 2 hours in 3 years)

Hi I have some questions

- how and where to store item outside 100 items in charactor's slot ?

- how to recieve give items from both FFXIV CE ?

- Could item from CE can share with another charactor in same accounts and same world ?

- Please advice what new player should do (Quest or anything that necessary)
