    1. Remove Grand Company restrictions in Duty Finder
    2. Double the Esoteric Tome rewards
    3. Add weekly rankings & tournaments (just like Triple Triad)

    Im pretty sure that the tomes would pile up pretty quickly through this mode if PvP ever were to be effectively popular, so I doubt there is a need for that.

    Aaaand I think I heard something about a ranking from patch to patch or the other somewhere in the letters or the such...
