3 days ago I bought the Heavensward digital upgrade. When I went to activate the code, I was told the code was for a different region, and could not be used on my account. I opened a ticket to have the issue resolved, where I was told that normal chat support could do nothing, since it was a billing problem, and my ticket was forwarded to the billing support. After 2 days I was told that the ticket was for the EU region, and my account was an EU account, but I purchased a NA code, I have to open a new ticket with NA support. Now I have to make a new ticket for them to tell me it needs to go to someone else for them to tell me how they will fix it, which will probably not be resolved until next week.

Square-Enix, Please make it more obvious on your store site which region people are buying for. Looking at the store, the ONLY thing saying that I am on the NA instead of the EU is two letters in the url, something I never thought I would have to consider, and very easily missed.
