Battle Music ON / OFF <[ YES , PLEASE! ]> <[ Where? ]> <[ When? ]>

On the topic of music It would be nice if we could set a hotkey to turn on/off BGM. Right now we only have the option for a hotkey for all sound. I don't have BGM on by default, but sometimes I want to turn it on (like for cutscenes, or for when I'm riding the magitek mount.)

The new Stormblood music is amazing. Too bad I can only enjoy it while sitting still, not while doing any actual activities like quests, or hunts, or FATEs. And for that matter, let me toggle gathering leve music too. I thought I could at least enjoy the peaceful ocean floor (no FATEs! no mobs!) while leveling my mining but no, I have that same ol' Yay, you are hardworking and industrious! brass and flute music instead of the Ruby Sea soundtrack.

I would love to be able to turn off battle music and FATE music so I can hear the pretty zone music while I quest. I only get to hear the pretty zone music uninterrupted if I'm just standing in a safe corner doing nothing... That is crappy design
