Uldah graphics glitch and stuck issue.

Ok been noticing lately the lift in Uldah does not work it stays in black screen and does not load so i have to close game. Also graphics in uldah is glitching out and when that happens i get stuck and cant move.

I have an issue where the floors and walls dissapear and i see through them. I can see players and NPCs through the walls.

Windows 7, 32 bit

Cogeco Cable

Oct. 01 2011, 9:41 AM EST, happens all the time when i try to see Uwilsyng, and in Ruby Road Exchange in Uldah.

Frequency:
happens all the time while walking around in Uldah also happenned in Adventurer's Guild.

Steps:
was running through town going to elevator lift, went to Uwilsyng, Adventurer's guild for leves, was going to Weaver's guild and even just running to repair NPC.

was not battling, was not crafting, was not doing leve, did not press any macro i just run to a spot in Uldah and this happens and then i become stuck. Sometimes when i open a door to a room in Uldah past it will be nothing but NPCs no floor or walls.
