It's definitely possible, especially for them to add higher quality post-process solutions such as SMAA 1x and 2Tx. It's even possible (because of DX11) to add MSAA, Nvidia's TXAA (being as it's a Gameworks title I'm kind of wondering why it's missing, actually), and the advanced post process SMAA 4x method, which, like TXAA, combines temporal and sub-sample anti aliasing with the existing SMAA post-process algorithm.
The real question is, will the devs ever actually take the time to implement it? Do they even care? I'm convinced they don't even know what any of this stuff is and why it's important at this point...I'd love for them to prove me wrong though and at least tell us that they're aware of it and that they will specifically address anti-aliasing solutions in the near future as a graphical update.
I hope it will make a appearance.
You can force different types of AA through your graphics card driver but that trick does not work with DX11 version.
