I'm usually #2 or 3 dps in most raids as MCH so it's not as terrible as people say. I usually can beat a blm or bard depending on the fight. But what you are suggesting is a very nice idea.

If you are doing more DPS than a BLM or another pure DPS job, trust me, They are bad, It's not blame, It's just a fact.
