For something pretty much the "finisher" for AST, I think it's pretty appropriate and even shorter than some other skills from other classes. Shorten it will make it broken.

And it comes the expert who says that other ppl r wrong.

R u serious? A 40 second cooldown for a 4 or 5k heal? Do not count critical please. That's luck.

And hmm other class skills? Wt about lustrate....
